Our Team

Sena Cooper is the Senior Director of the Project Management Office for MxD. In this role, Sena is responsible for leading the PM team and defining the vision and strategy for MxD’s program management process. Prior to joining MxD in June 2019, Sena was the Director of Operations and Product Development at the AgTech startup EarthSense, Inc. and the Engineering Product Manager at Starfire Industries, both in Champaign, Illinois. She has more than twenty-five years of industry experience in product development and program management, primarily at John Deere and Ford Motor Company.

Sena holds a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Sena is enjoying exploring her new Chicago surroundings with her family and dog Shayna.
