Our Team

Erin Malcolm is the Proposal Manager for MxD, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of grant proposals. She joined MxD in March 2024.

Erin brings 10 years of diverse proposal management experience to the team, having worked on both public and private proposals for organizations of every size—from small Chicago-based nonprofits to global private companies. Her work as an Independent Consultant has also allowed her to execute a variety of technical and content writing assignments for various NPOs, Higher ED institutions, and B2B SaaS organizations. Writing has always been Erin’s greatest passion and she enjoys exploring the boundaries of that creative muscle in both her professional and personal life. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago and currently sits on the Associate Board for Erie Neighborhood House. In her free time, Erin can often be found traveling the globe, attending a concert, or in a rock climbing gym.
