Our Team

Paul Pierson is the Sr. Director, Engineering at MxD. In this role, he is responsible for developing and building digital solutions for manufacturing problems that are realized in MxD's Future Factory as well as working with MxD partners on projects, modernizing DoD facilities, and other digital opportunities. Prior to joining MxD in March 2017, Paul spent more than 30 years with Motorola and other companies in a variety of roles including manufacturing, quality, competitive cost analysis, strategy, product design and development, and operations. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
