Our Team

Judith Pomper is a People and Culture Manager for MxD. She first joined MxD in November 2023.

Prior to joining MxD, Judith worked as a People Operations Generalist at project44, where she administered the payroll and benefits functions. She also worked at CAPTRUST as a generalist handling benefits, payroll, employee relations, HRIS, performance, and many other aspects of HR. Judith graduated with a BA in Political Science from NC State and received her JD from Wake Forest University. She is a lifelong Cubs fan and enjoys watching sports, learning about the history of Chicago, and hanging out with her cat, Tortellini.
