Our Team

Niki Kim joined MxD as the Workforce Development Associate in August 2023. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the workforce development programs through her project coordination and community engagement skill sets.

Niki received her BS in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Master of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she pursued her passion for problem solving to meet community needs. Prior to MxD, she spent 3 years at a local preschool where she preformed staff and administrative support roles. During her free time, Niki enjoys pottery, snacking, and catching up with friends and family.
